Firstly, I'm so sorry that this post is as delayed as it is. But I have good reason for it, because I've been preparing something special!
This is my very first video blog post, so I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing. However, I thought it was really fun to record and edit this, and I'm quite excited about adding more video content to this blog. For those of you who have been reading my blog since it first was born in 2006 (yes, it's been alive for that long, but then it was under a different name) know that I have never actually done any form of vlogging before this. I have published two makeup videos, one which is of horrible quality, but that's about it. I'm also pretty sure that there is a clip of me talking somewhere back in 2010 as well when people were asking what accent I have when I speak Swedish (northern Swedish, y'all).
Anyway, I feel as if video content really is something that suits the direction this blog is taking and I'm curious to play around with it and see what it can actually do for this blog. It's all very exciting!
Please let me know what you think about this post as well as the whole video blog thing. Also, if you like it, drop a comment to let me know what you'd like me to do next.
The music is a cover of Black Magic by Camero, which is the band my boyfriend is in. You can check out the full song here.

The favourites this month are as follows:
Parfume - Viva la Juicy (Juicy Couture)
Nail Polish - Samoan Sand (O.P.I.)
Beauty Blender - Real Techniques
Dry Schampoo - Lernberger Stafsing
My passport/trip to Sweden
I think that's all for this time, guys. Enjoy your day and we'll speak soon! Lots of love,

J x

As it is now September (it's the 8th already!) it's officially autumn and there is no doubt about it in here in London. The summer heat is gone and even though it might be sunny some days the air is still chilly. Also, it's definitely starting to feel like autumn as it's fashion week season! London Fashion Week starts next week and I'm super busy at work preparing for it. It's going to be so exciting!
I have put together a little autumnal wish list of things that I adore a little bit more this first full week of September. The knit is from Filippa K/ and is in my eyes perfect. I love chunky knits and turtle neck, and this has it both. If there is something I really want to stock up on this autumn it is jumpers like this. They are just perfect to throw on and pair with a couple of ripped jeans.
The little white ball of fluff in the background is also from, and a cheaper option of the black and blue ball of fluff from Charlotte Simone. Speaking of Charlotte Simone, the hat with balls of fluff on is the cutest. Period. Charlotte Simone is one of my favourite accessories designers at the moment, and everything she does is fluff perfection. (IT'S SO FLUFFY!)
The last but not least thing on my wish list is the perfect Kylie Jenner lipstick. I might invest in one from MAC soon, because I've been looking around and I can't really find a good drug store option. If you've got any suggestions, please let me know because I've been searching far and wide without finding one.
What's on your wish list for this autumn? Share in the comment field!
Have a lovely night, I'm about to cuddle up to a movie and some tea now. Lots of love,

J xx

I'm all snuggled up in bed whilst writing this post, with a cup of tea and some Swedish pick and mix. So cosy! I read this thing yesterday about how Scandinavians are obsessed about anything cosy, and how that apparently isn't a thing in other countries? This would explain why my boyfriend finds it so weird that I want to light up a hundred candles and sit wrapped up as a burrito in my duvet whilst watching movies. 'Because it's cosy' is apparently not an appropriate answer to why I do this, and this explains it I suppose.
Above you can see a little inspiration pre weeken wishlist. The stunning outfits are both from Boohoo, which I've recently discovered and started to love. I bought a really cute two piece from them not that long ago but I haven't had a chance to wear it yet, I'll show you it when I do though because it is absolutely adorable. The dungarees you can buy here and the cute culottes you can have a closer look at hereThe lingerie is fom, and all the inspirational pictures are from my tumblr. Let me know what you think about it if you check it out!
Now it's time for me to sleep some before I start travelling back home to London tomorrow morning. Being back home in London means that I will have a chance to take some photos for my August favourites post which is long overdue. That's something to look forward to this weekend at least. Stay tuned, babes! x
